Hannover, Bremen (Day 6)

Hannover

Written in the train to Bremen at 16:20 to 16:40

We didn’t get much sleep but we had a lot of fun. We went to the “Centraal Station” at 8:00 in the morning. We spent the time buying some breakfast and snacks, until our train departed to Hannover at 9:01. After four hours we arrived there. It didn’t seem to be such a big city, and it was almost completely empty. There wasn’t a lot open, either. After a short stay and some lunch at a Mc Donald’s in the city, we went back to the train station and bought some things for the evening in Bremen and went to a book store. We got out luggage back from the lockers (5 Euros) and boarded the train, which was an half hour ride to Bremen.

Bremen

Written in the train to Berlin at 16:20 to 16:30.

We arrived in Bremen and finally found our apartment (we thought we could walk there instead of taking a tram). To get the key for the apartment, we had to type in a code which was sent to us by our Airbnb host. Everything worked just fine. After a long break we went to a nearby restaurant, it’s just on the other side of the street from out apartment. We were the only guests, and it was actually only for some special guests open. Besides a tasty dinner we had some interesting conversations with the owner of the restaurant. After that we went back to the apartment and watched a documentation about the band “Queen” and went to bed.
